Honeysuckle Cottage

This very light and airy cottage is on the first floor of the same building as Holly and Garden Cottages. It is reached by an outside staircase and has beautiful views in three directions; into the courtyard; over the grounds on that side of the house; into the semi-formal gardens and over the hills beyond.

There is a modern, bright and spacious sitting room with living flame fire, a large farmhouse style kitchen/dining area with a full size fitted dishwasher, one king size bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower (over a P-shaped bath), sink and toilet.

Honeysuckle Cottage also features an iPod with music and docking station and a Wi-Fi connection from the kitchen, so you can enjoy listening to your favourite playlist whilst cooking dinner or relaxing in the evening. There are sufficient amenities in the cottage to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay whilst also retaining its charming and cosy ambience.

The main office provides a large selection of DVDs, board games and plenty of books and guides for the local area. You can purchase ready-made meals here if you don’t fancy cooking, and you might even be able to get hold of some freshly laid eggs from the hens which you’ll see pottering about. The local shops are a 15-minute walk away, so you can enjoy a leisurely country stroll to pick up some groceries.
