Latest news: We have just (1 Sept 09) purchased a croft house on the island of Mull, near Iona. We hope to have the accommodation to rent from Easter 2009, a 4 bedroom croft, set in its own 20 acres with a small beach and fabulous views over Loch Scridean, the Burg and Staffa. 10 minutes drive (or cycle) to all local amenities. We are looking to make this zero carbon with its own wind turbine. Please let us know if you want to be kept informed when we open up the bookings.

Bonawe House is an eighteenth century Scottish country house set in its own beautiful and secluded grounds, surrounded by mature beech trees and gardens. We are situated between the stunning Loch Etive and mighty Ben Cruachan. On the edge of the delightful village of Taynuilt, Bonawe House offers a secluded rural setting with all the convenience of shops, hotels, tearooms, golf within 15 minutes quiet walk and yet easy access to all west coast locations.
DVD players in all cottages, and a library of hundreds of DVDs in reception. New: All cottages now have a dishwasher and freeplay radio Rose, Clematis and Honeysuckle have an ipod as well. Wifi access in reception and some cottages.
